Biomedical Informatics (P) Ltd has developed T-epitope Designer software tools to design short peptide vaccine candidates and epitope diagnostic markers. We apply T-epitope to investigate protein antigens for designing novel short peptide vaccines. T-epitope designer is used in our pipeline of vaccine candidate design and development.
