Our company
Biomedical Informatics (P) Ltd has developed T-epitope Designer software tools to design short peptide vaccine candidates and epitope diagnostic markers. We apply T-epitope to investigate protein antigens for designing novel short peptide vaccines. T-epitope designer is used in our pipeline of vaccine candidate design and development.
We have extensive expertise in the design of epitopes for both CD8+ (T-cell cytotoxic) and CD4+ specific antigen peptides from bacterial and viral antigens. Biomedical Informatics is positioned with scientific and administrative challenges faced by bio pharma companies.
